fixes #! usr/bin/env python3 which was wrong (missing /)
fix shebangs; no space seems to be much more common even though a space seems allowed, some tools apparently don't allow it refs https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/276751/is-space-allowed-between-and-bin-bash-in-shebang
maybe helps with choosenim devel --latest fails build dom96/choosenim#256
