Consider Git Repo Separation (Application) After 2023 Release #2314

After the release of 2023, please consider separating git repo for Application. (e.g., nnstreamer-example or.... let's create example or application repo)

Having application codes from other open sources in the main framework repo might become license-wise problematic soon.
And, this might lighten the need for topic branches for new applications.
