Using dual boot we upgraded rails to 6.1 and Hyrax to 4.0.

To see what specs are failing, run the rspec command with the bootboot env var:

DEPENDENCIES_NEXT=1 bundle exec rspec spec

Additional Information

After getting the total amount of failures, consider breaking them up into groups so that the team can divide and conquer to resolve them:

• Ability to Run specs #63
• Resolve feature spec selenium error: 'Selenium::WebDriver::Remote::Driver needs :options to be set' #64
• Resolve spec error: 'The asset ".png" is not present in the asset pipeline.' #65
• fix specs related to for nil:NilClass errors #66
• fix remaining feature specs #68
• fix remaining misc specs #67
• review commented out specs #73

NEEDS DISCUSSION

• Specs related to 'uninitialized constant AAPB::BatchIngest::PBCoreXMLItemIngester::PowerConverter' (ie: ./spec/services/aapb/batch_ingest/pbcore_xml_item_ingester_spec.rb:4) <= THIS MAY BE A MOOT ISSUE IF THE CLIENT AGREES TO FULLY ADOPT BULKRAX we have currently skipped these for rails 6.1
