Type error when using ContentRenderer

Using the solution from the official docs, I was trying to use ContentRenderer to render the page that I just fetched.
Everything works and renders just fine, with no errors in the browser nor in the terminal, but I get an error in VS code, saying that type that I'm trying to provide as the value prop into ContentRenderer isn't the right one:

The documentation is clearly saying that ParsedContent IS the correct type here, but the thinks differenly.

Something may be wrong in my setup, but I have no idea what exactly. I did a fresh reinstall rm -rf node_modules && npm install --save-dev just in case, but the error has persisted.

Sorry, queryContent returns a nullable variable, that's why the IDE throws an error
