Case snapshot isn't successful and there is no snapshot status information displayed to the user

Describe the bug
Case snapshot isn't successful and there is no snapshot status information displayed to the user, in developer tools however it shows the issue (refer to screenshot)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the case (6297)
2. Click on create snapshot
3. A dialog is displayed saying 'Snapshot is being created'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Snapshot should be created

Sometimes the snapshot id can also be seen for the related case but using that in the notebook basically renders a null object.
