Added a quick link to the pre-req README.md so that people following this README can ensure they meet all the pre-req before going ahead with the install process

@bpradipt Now I see the link mentioned in the introduction section which is pointing to the Github pages for pre-req. Can you please remove the duplicates and point to GH pages instead of master docs md file? |
