Description
This PR adds the ability for OLS to query for element hierarchy in the graph. It traverses the graph upwards and downwards to gather all elements related to the queried one, based on the element type. Implemented for following types: DataFile(and subtypes), RelationalTable, RelationalColumn, TabularColumn, TabularFileColumn, GlossaryTerm, Glossary.
