Description
This PR adds the first implementation ofthe Unity Catalog resource connector. This provides a simple wrapper around the REST API. Next step is to add the survey action service and integration connector to begin exchange of metadata with UC.
Related Issue(s)
There is a problem with publishing odpi/egeria-platform containers to quay.io in the merge github workflow. This PR also includes a workaround to publish the 5.1-SNAPSHOT containers to odpi/egeria as a temporary measure while we work with RedHat to fix the issue.
