Description
The PR changes the Administration Services security calls so that request to retrieve (but not change) server configuration only require the "serverOperator" role. Making changes to the server configurations still need the "serverAdministrator" role.

Working with the OMAGPlatformCataloguer connector to ensure it works with the "serverOperator" role.
