After downloading the codebase perform the following before running the experiment files (1-4_*_.R):

1. Download input datasets from http://dx.doi.org/10.17632/8mgyb6dyxv.2
2. Create "experiment_data" folder in /input/ and extract all files to that folder
3. Run experiments
