All references to the omero executable should be done under venv3.

Merging to release 5.6.0-m5 image which does not rely on bin/omero. The build will pull in 5.6.0.dev10 which should also make no assumptions about bin/omero. ome/openmicroscopy#6200 can then use the m5 image in order to pass travis without any special commits and can then be released as m6 starting the whole process over again 😄
