Contact OnePub button on website not working - 368587710

The button to contact onepub on the website is not working and comes up with error code 368587710.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://onepub.dev/'
2. Click on 'Contact OnePub'
3. Fill in details
4. See error 368587710

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
I expected the contact request to send so I can get in touch with someone at OnePub.

** Problems with CLI tooling **

Run onepub doctor and post the output here:
