Compatibility List

OneUp edited this page Nov 9, 2024 · 40 revisions

Here is a list of mods/games that have been tested and their current status with VRto3D.

  • For VRto3D support, join the 3DVision discord and ask on the vrto3d channel there
  • To find VR mods, join the Flat2VR Discord and use the mod-access and individual mod-join channels to add yourself to individual VR mod channels

Compatible Mods

  • Each mod's guide/setup instructions may also include settings for individual games
  • The status is categorized from Compatible > Playable > Incompatible.
    • Compatible mods play just like native 3D games
    • Playable mods have some issues, likely with the game camera or controls
    • Incompatible mods just don't work for one reason or another

Compatible Games

  • The Game list is now tracked on 3DJ's Database
  • The Output column indicates which 3D Display types should be compatible
  • The Rating column indicates how well the game works
    • 3D Vision Ready plays just like a native 3D game
    • Excellent may have a few slight issues
    • Not Recommended does not work with VRto3D due to one issue or another
  • The Notes column includes settings required for VRto3D, the game, and VR mods
  • The Fix column has a link either to the VRto3D README or to specific wiki/blog posts to get a game working

Notes

  • Depending on the game, you may get improved performance with GPU Scheduling ON or OFF - you may have to experiment changing it
  • If the Notes column doesn't mention a particular value for pitch/yaw settings, assume you should have it set to the default false values
  • Instructions for saving a profile are covered in the README under User Presets and Profile Creation Steps here
  • Use this form to submit your own testing results with VRto3D
  • 3DJ's Database Instructions

SteamDb Filter

  • These untested games on Steam may work, but it's hard to say definitively if they aren't motion-control only or require HMD pitch/yaw emulation or have other issues.
  • VR Only Games
  • VR Supported Games
