fix bug of change_accelerator

Motivation

模型类型为opencompass.models.huggingface_above_v4_33.HuggingFaceBaseModel时，--accelerator参数不能正确启用vllm加速。

Modification

由于f'{HuggingFaceBaseModel.__module__}.{HuggingFaceBaseModel.__name__}'的类型为字符串，而model['type']应该为class，因此下面的代码不能正确校验模型的类型。对该文件中的bug进行修复。
