Replace "Δ% (annualized)" with "Δ% (CAGR)" #7

Rather than a rough annualized percent (based on period), instead calculate a CAGR (compound annualized growth rate).

Applies to the delta views, including forecast.

Dietz-based performance not affected (at least yet).
