Error: 109:9 error Unknown property 'onClose' found react/no-unknown-property

が解消されているみたいなので動作チェックしてマージしたほうが良さそう？

AppealModalのfix PRでeslintが落ちているのですが、こちらのPRでeslintを7.31.9以降に更新すると解決されるようなのでMergeしたいのですが差し支えないでしょうか？
