It looks like they were offboarded via #1310 so they are no longer covered by the 2U CLA.

@jristau1984 - the offboarding ticket says the list is based on a review of the 2U slack instance and may not be completely accurate. Is there a chance Vadim was added to that list by mistake?

Absolutely, that was a note added to the list before it was taken into Axim Engineering.

I've invited Vadim back to the org and updated the CLA database entry. I will keep an eye on openedx/openedx-app-ios#562 and once the CLA check passes I'll close this out.
