  • merge WASM libraries bump #7970
  • augment call to include gas limit Wasm runtime update #7356
  • refactor runtime to avoid allocation in contract memory
  • drop allocations from runtime
  • audit functionality to reduce risk of further hardforks
  • ban floats
  • test the hardfork
  • deterministic stack limiter
  • decide block number 6,500,000
