Add the illustration of map overlay inspired in the old weather illustration in WMS

I new almost nothing about OGC, I was reading the WMS 1.1.1 (page 18) document and I understood what was a map, the need for interoperability, and the need for WMS all at once. It encouraged me to implement it, and no much later a wanted to be part of the process so I started to attend OGC meetings and be active in this field. It was many years ago but it really influenced my carrier.

We need to add an image (and a text) that explains the very same use case to inspire others. Do not have to be about weather. Any ideas to make it different but convey more or less the same message?
