A fix for the
no-undefined-typesrule with template tags went in with gajus/eslint-plugin-jsdoc#559. But the rule still doesn't work if the template tags have defaults. See gajus/eslint-plugin-jsdoc#887.This change disables the
no-undefined-typesrule until the issue with template tag defaults is addressed.
