Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently some CMS pages are quite long. It can make it hard, as a reader, to get to the section I want to read.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Add the ToC to CMS pages
  • Consider making this optional via a setting

Discussed in refinement:

  • The reading pane on all themes would need to be narrowed (we didn't think this was a bad thing tho as, esp for Material, its quite wide)
