Describe the bug
The Roboto font is no longer bundled with the upgraded materialize package we are using, so different browsers/OS are defaulting to different font styles.

Janeway version
v1.5.1-RC-3

To Reproduce
Open the Articles page on any journal running on 1.5.1 and compare with 1.5.0

Expected behavior
We should preserve the same default font for existing users, and make sure it is used consistently across different platforms
