The project README has extremely brief (but accurate) instructions to get the software built but they're only adequate for reasonably experienced node developers. We need:

  • pre-requisites, whats software dependencies and tools are needed to build the software;
  • brief info about Python libs for key jobs (format identification);
  • reference resources for technology used; and
  • LICENSE information.
