When does this request need to be completed?

This is blocking the Release workflow for the OpenSearch Ruby Client. It's not a hotfix release but we would like to be able to release as soon as possible so our users can benefit from the newest API updates.

Looks like the access for jayeshathila was already removed. Removing them from codeowners file should solve the above failing workflow. Please make sure to re-tag using newly merged commit.
