Describe the bug
In a workspace, and try to associate direct query connection, it will fail to get dqc and return 403 error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a workspace
  2. Click on data source on the left nav
  3. Select associate direct query connection
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Should show the openSearch connection and its dqc.

OpenSearch Version
v2.18.0

Dashboards Version
v2.18.0
