Should we just link the .github MAINTAINERS like in the bottom of https://github.com/opensearch-project/anomaly-detection-dashboards-plugin/blob/8919c8f1103742e19859e34934b899fbbcb59a2b/MAINTAINERS.md to avoid duplicating? I'll merge this one, but consider doing that?

Oops, just detected that Guian's GH profile was renamed, but we missed to update maintainers list. |
Guian and others were actually removed from the MAINTAINERS.md as they do not actually have maintain-level permissions on this repository. Yourself and now Max are the only Bit-Quill team members with maintain permissions on the repo. |
