Pop ups causing app crash when button is clicked multiple times

This bug can be reproduced by applying multiple, quick and successive clicks to the record weight button, the growth chart button or the service card labels - all in the Immunization activity.

At the moment, such clicks cause the app to crash.

Still an issue in the 13 April release. I rapidly tapped growth chart icon. The growth chart popped up several times and closed and then the app crashed.

This is not a high priority issue to fix, so unless the fix is quick, please move on to other issues.
