A couple of errors needed to become info. Any more feedback we can extract is helpful.
We add a debug flag to allow users to extract more information from the script when run.
To optionally use Kupo, set KUPO_URL, otherwise it will default to Ogmios. We also reorganize the code a little to provide options for debugging in future.
