How do I get the most recent sent verification flow id to a user?

Tl;dr
User signs up, ory sends verification email, I have no access to the verification flow. When a user pasts in the code. How do I get the verification flow id on signup?

This is an issue I am facing in ory cloud.

Here are my settings

When a user signs up, they immediately get a verification email. The only problem is if a user only gives us the code instead of the link it wont work, because we have no access to this flow (we didn't create it, it was just part of the sign up process).

Is there a way to get the user's verification flow after sign up?

We can utilise the admin API, if it allows it but after having a quick look there was nothing pointing to retrieving a verification for a user.
