  • Создаем каталог
  • Настраиваем системный каталог оскрипта на него
  • Кладем в него package-loader.os
  • Запускаем opm install cli. opm install -d C:/some_folder/our_target_directory cli

ВАЖНО: Указать в пути разделители как в линуксе, а запускать на windows.

Установка пакетов идет вечно, opm не видит свежеустановленные пакеты
