Subscribe to external (iCal) calendars #10485
Comments
Possibly a duplicate of owncloud/calendar#43 If not, please raise an issue in the calendar app's repo here: https://github.com/owncloud/calendar/ |
@IzzySoft Then its a dup of owncloud/calendar#192 |
@RealRancor Agreed (I've subscribed to that). 2 years old, let's hope it makes its way before "someday" ("will come with oC 8 or 9" obviously rather means oC 9, as it didn't come with oC 8). Thanks for the pointer! |
I know that both URLs are old, but neither owncloud/calendar#43 nor owncloud/calendar#192 links to an issue. Both link to pull requests that seem to be unrelated to managing/viewing external calendars in OwnCloud. |
@amandabee For the new calendar app this feature is tracked here: owncloud/calendar#132 |

Hi,
I'd like the option to subscribe to external calendars like public Google calendars or something like that. So when someone adds or changes an event in this external calendar, my owncloud calendar will automatically update.
I heard, that one can change some php files of owncloud to achieve this, but after an update, one has to change this again.
Best regards,
sedrubal
