folder share with edit permission - error with WOPI

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a folder
2. create a txt and a docx/pptx/xlsx document in that folder
3. share that folder with edit permissions
4. the share receiver can edit the txt document
5. the share receiver can not edit the docx/pptx/xlsx document
6. the share receiver can not create a new docx/pptx/xlsx document
7. the share receiver can create a new txt document
8. the share receiver can not upload a docx/pptx/xlsx document
9. the share receiver can not upload a txt document

Not related to WOPI. Was related to app/open and app/new.

WOPI testing plans are here #8712 for the new collaboration service.

New finding: Also upload of office documents throughs an error after upload.
reload page shows the file correctly.
upload of text files work fine.

With #8870 and cs3org/reva#4632 I merged I can no longer reproduce any of the above mentioned issues.

Backport to stable-5.0 is in the works.
