Add u64 support (#54)

* Use u64 branch of p2panda-rs for now

* Rewrite sqlx types to use strings instead of p2panda types

* Correct hash size and replace BIGINT with VARCHAR

* Update p2panda-rs API

* Return seq_num and log_id as strings in JSON

* Make return values consistent, also for queryEntries

* Add entry to CHANGELOG.md

* Typos

* Revert p2panda-rs dependency to main branch
