### Outcomes

We have requested the following HTTP(s) domains to be allowed:

- `codeberg.org` — as a forge that can host open-source projects
- `kernel.org` — that has been already requested for onboarding of projects
- `cran.r-project.org` — that has been blocking onboarding of multiple packages
- `git.dpkg.org` — that has been blocking onboarding of packages
- `kde.org` — as there is an initiative to support `invent.kde.org` as an
upstream forge, and it also hosts sources for downstream packages; KDE is also
supported _Fedora spin_
- `xfce.org` — as there is a multitude of packages that could be onboarded,
also XFCE is a supported _Fedora spin_
- `qt.io` — related to the `kde.org`
- `x.org` — hosts large amount of packages with relatively low cadence of
upgrades, though there is a risk of patches (which do not integrate very well)
- `ctan.math.illinois.edu` — abnormally large amount of packages (LaTeX),
patches are not expected, low cadence of upgrades expected, high potential
- `hackage.haskell.org` — similarly to previous point, though related to
Haskell and Hackage packages

As for the git forges, SSH access (port `22`, both IPv4 and IPv6) has been
requested for:

- `codeberg.org`
- `invent.kde.org`

### How to reproduce
