Node v19.4 is not yet available in a CircleCI image.Node v19.3 is the first version to feature npm v9.x: https://nodejs.org/en/download/releases/
Issues with this upgrade (fixed now ✅):
Looks like this version of npm has bugs. I can't even get ayarn installworking with either Node 19.4 or 19.3This turned out to be an issue with TLS decryption on our corporate network. Fixed now with some internal tooling changes.
