There was a problem hiding this comment.
Note the clone_ref will increment Python's reference count, whereas before we used .clone() to only clone the Arc.

PyObject(akaPy<PyAny>) already provides a GIL-independent reference to a Python object. Wrapping it inArcis not necessary, as described at #13526 (comment).Using
PyObjectdirectly removes a layer of indirection.
