rmake: specify max threads using -j #324

Adds the -j switch to the rmake command, which specifies the maximum number of threads to use during compilation of targets.

I have some comments
Did you test e.g. specifying only -j or -jn ... so it doesnt throw an exception? (btw I didnt - I'm not on pc right now)
