Cannot Navigate to data.links again

I am using Pattern Lab Node v2.4.0 on Windows, with Node v6.2.2, using the Gulp Edition.

Expected Behavior

• I can navigate from pattern to pattern using link.patternPartial as defined in data.json

Actual Behavior

Get an exception.
Cannot GET /patterns/04-pages-05-about/04-pages-05-about.html

Steps to Reproduce

• Download starterkit-mustache-demo
• Attempt to navigate using the header

Only appreciable difference I can tell between demo.patternlab.io and my code is output suffixes. (and some name@state places, which I am avoiding)
