Reservations Form

A simple html template (using Bootstrap and LESS) for prototyping the application view wherein a traveler's vehicle information is submitted.

Includes:

• Trip Summary (data submitted in a previous view)
• Vehicle Options:
  • Standard / Oversize Vehicle
    • Vehicle height
    • Vehicle Length
    • Dangerous Goods Y/N
    • Carrying Livestock Y/N
  • Motorcycle
  • Truck (Over 5,000kg GVW)
  • Bus
• Confirmation of vehicle as return-trip vehicle

Todos:

• Convert vehicle bitmap bits to SVG images
