This is derived from another test case, but is geared specifically towards testing the labels.

Thanks to our work in pelias/labels#43 and pelias/labels#45 we have improved labels in many cases.
Fortunately, because we learned long ago to prefer checking the
labelfield in dedicated label acceptance-tests, there aren't too many places that need updating!
