rebuild databases

[missinglink]

rebuild databases with data from Jan 18th 2019 (data was generated directly from a repo clone)
update tests to reflect superceded and deprecated equivalents

note: the database and extract files have grown significantly in size since the recent import of additional geonames data in to WOF.
