Link to issue: Failed to authenticate with the Redisd server #12736

In raising this pull request, I confirm the following:

I have checked that another pull request for this purpose does not exist.
I wrote some tests for this PR.

Small description of change:

Fixed Phalcon\Cache\Backend\Redis::__construct and Phalcon\Cache\Backend\Redis::_connect to correctly handle the Redis auth option.
