Release of UltimateKEYS :

AutoHotkey and Linux :
This new layout features only one dead key, reserved as a multi-purpose key (Compose/Multi_key).
Latest update :  The 'single low-9 quotation mark' is now also available via: Compose Key -> comma (,) -> comma (,)

MSKLC :
This implementation features a slimmed-down version, since MSKLC does not support multiple keystrokes as a sequence for a dead key.
