Release of UltimateKEYS

Latest update :
The acute and grave accents have switched places, and some additional changes have been made to the main layout.
Special thanks to liegepr for giving me this inspiration !

AutoHotkey and Linux :
This new layout features only one dead key, reserved as a multi-purpose key (Compose/Multi_key).

MSKLC :
This implementation features a slimmed-down version, since MSKLC does not support multiple keystrokes as a sequence for a dead key.
