list required R version

I am about to install tempted in a conda env ... by default we use R 3.6.3 and I then get the error message, that tempted is not available for this R version. Others might also run into this issue, thus listing required version in the readme might help

Hi Stefan, When I built this package, I was using these dependencies: R (>= 4.2.0), np (>= 0.60-17), ggplot2 (>= 3.4.0), methods (>= 4.2.1). In the next update, I will see if I can run it with earlier versions of dependencies. I'll list them on the readme file. Thanks for the reminder! Thanks, Pixu
