Update Chartist from 0.11.0 to 0.11.4 and move from outdated tooltip plugin to more recent fork.
Chartist itself received some minor corrections (changelog not updated since 0.11.0): gionkunz/chartist-js@v0.11.0...v0.11.4
The tooltip extension had some morre issues resolved. Sadly the original repository is pretty outdated so I switched to a fork:
lukbukkit/chartist-plugin-tooltip@v0.0.18...v0.1.1
So far no changes in our init code required.
