GTA V version 2699, update from July 2022 for the Criminal Enterprises DLC, requires this modified gameconfig.xml, and both the Heap Limit Adjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster for add-on DLCs to work. Note that Packfile Limit Adjuster requires an update for this game version if you previously had it installed.
