This will lead to a lot less moves during sorting as the item to swap is now 4 bytes instead of 24. It also saves a full pass from sort tuples to args.
Eventually I want to enable this for all our multicolumn sorts. First I will follow up with fixed with optimizations for row encodings that are guaranteed to be fixed with. For instance sorting by multiple integers.
