Using Angular Material and Chart.js,
Set the GUI up, link to File System (probably already done back in #1 ), and add histogram / statistics presentation. (Exif-JS ?)

forgot to mention electron-builder in readme. Also set up Bootstrap grid for tiled UI instead of Angular Material Layout

Will be using Jimp._exif for exif data in cat.2 implementation.
