Update README.md for installing ponyc on Arch Linux

Note that relatively recently the ability was added for enabling --pic as the default when compiling ponyc (#2113).

Would you consider updating your ponyc-rpm repo to do this instead, and save the user this extra step?

I'd sure like to but I don't see a .rpm version <https://dl.bintray.com/pony-language/ponyc-rpm/> that has default_pic=true set, did I miss it?

@winksaville - got it - sorry, I was assuming that "RPM" was an overloaded acronym that also was used for some arch linux build-from-source mechanism I hadn't heard of before - I didn't actually look at your repo yet.
